The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe
NOTE: This production of The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe will be performed as a one-act as part of Sewell Mill's Winterfest event.
Synopsis:
This classic tale follows four young siblings, Peter, Susan, Edmund, and Lucy, who are given refuge by a zany Professor where they shall live for the time being. While playing, Lucy, the youngest, stumbles into a wardrobe and gets whisked away to a snow and ice covered woods where she meets a faun, Mr. Tumnus. Lucy convinces her other siblings to join with the help of Edmund where the children learn of a prophecy involving a lion and a cruel White Witch. In a daring twist, the Pevensie siblings have to navigate this unraveling prophecy to save the mystical realm of Narnia from a sorrowful, eternal winter while awaiting the arrival of the true king, Aslan, who is rumored to be on the move.

WHAT TO PREPAPARE:
- 1.5-2 minute monologue (can be comedic or dramatic, must use a British accent)
- If you have any special skills (able to play instrument, physical tricks/acrobatics, etc), please come prepared to demonstrate them

VIDEO auditions will be accepted, but must be submitted before Monday, September 28th, and all auditionees must be available for in-person callbacks on September 30th.
